What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.

01Who we are

Bozena Zag Coaching is a coaching practice run by Bozena Zag, based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers bozenazag.com and go.bozenazag.com, including the Choose You workbook and any course sold through them.

02What we collect

Only what the thing you asked for needs.

When you download the workbook: your name and email address.
When you buy a course: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you write to us: whatever you put in the message.
Automatically, as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. Standard web traffic information.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything sensitive — health, financial or otherwise.

03Why we hold it

To send you the workbook and anything else you asked for.
To process an order and give you access to what you bought.
To send you emails about the work, if you agreed to that.
To answer you when you get in touch.
To see which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.

04Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Canada’s anti-spam law sets that bar and we hold to it.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also just reply and ask, or write to [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the email that delivers something you bought.

05Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the business. Each sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may sell your information.

HighLevel — hosts these pages, stores contacts, sends email.
Our payment processor — takes payment at checkout and holds the card details. We do not.
Analytics — tells us which pages people read.

Some of these store information on servers outside Canada, which means it can be subject to the laws of those countries.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. We would only hand it over if the law actually required it.

06Cookies

These pages use cookies to keep the site working, remember you between visits, and count traffic. Your browser can block or delete them — parts of the site may then behave oddly, but nothing important breaks.

07How long we keep it

Contact details stay until you ask us to remove them, or until we have clearly stopped being in touch. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete you and we will, except for anything we are legally obliged to keep.

08Your rights

Under Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask us to:

Tell you what we hold about you.
Correct anything wrong.
Delete it.
Stop sending you email.
Send you a copy of it.

Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can take it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

09Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to contact records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if something went wrong that affected you, we would tell you.

10Children

This is not for under-16s. We do not knowingly collect their information, and if we found we had, we would delete it.

11Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be sent by email to anyone on the list.
