The agreement between you and us when you download or buy something here.
Bozena Zag Coaching is a coaching practice run by Bozena Zag, based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Using these pages, downloading the workbook or buying a course means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use them.
These are self-directed materials. They are not one-to-one coaching unless we have agreed that separately in writing.
What you download or buy is yours to use for yourself, for as long as you like. You may print it and write in it.
You may not resell it, share it, upload it anywhere, teach from it, or pass it on. It stays our work — buying a copy buys you the use of it, not ownership of it.
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there, and that is the price you pay. Payment is taken by our payment processor at the moment you order; we never hold your card details. Access follows once payment clears.
Digital products are delivered immediately, so they cannot be returned. If something has gone wrong — the material was not as described, or you could not get access — write to [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we will put it right or refund you.
Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
This is educational material about mindset, purpose and work. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a doctor or a qualified therapist. Nothing here replaces that.
We cannot promise you a particular outcome, and we do not. What you get out of this depends on your circumstances, the effort you put in, and a good deal that is outside anyone’s control.
Any story told on these pages is one person’s experience. It is not a typical result and it is not a forecast of yours.
The text, photographs, design and materials on these pages belong to Bozena Zag Coaching or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
We do our honest best, but the material is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any liability we do have is limited to what you paid us.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
We may withdraw access if these terms are seriously broken — for instance if paid material is redistributed. You can stop using the site at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you order.
